Arthur Russell Howell, a prisoner confined in the United States Penitentiary at Leavenworth, Kansas, moves this court pursuant to 28 U.S.C.A. § 2255 to vacate, correct, or set aside a sentence imposed by me upon him on July 24, 1948.
