The plaintiffs appealed from the decree of the Probate Court allowing the final account of the defendant as executor of the will of Luther R. Nash. That account credits the defendant with payments, totaling about $66,500, proposed to be made to various charitable organizations pursuant to the directions of an "allocator," in accordance with the fifteenth section of the will.
