This action was brought against appellant county by the surviving widow and children of Walter Anderson who was killed in an automobile accident alleged to have been caused by the defective condition of a county road. The jury returned a verdict in favor of plaintiffs in the amount of $50,000, and judgment was entered in that amount. Defendant's motion for a new trial was denied.
