On April 29, 1935, Alfred I. duPont died testate. At the time of his death he was domiciled in, and was a resident and citizen of, Duval County, Florida. In and by his last will and testament (with two codicils) Mr. duPont provided for a trust fund, naming as Trustees thereof the Florida National Bank of Jacksonville, Jessie Ball duPont (his widow), a resident of Duval County, Florida, Edward Ball, also a resident of Duval County, Florida, and Elbert...
