This is an appeal from an order denying defendant's petition to amend a decree of divorce with respect to custody of the minor children.

The facts are as follows: On March 1, 1948, a decree of divorce was granted to plaintiff in an uncontested action for divorce between Robert B. Brugel, plaintiff, and Vivian M. Brugel, defendant.
