The court directed a verdict against Gladys Poston Norris, who as administratrix had sued for the death of Arthur Poston. The only question is whether there was substantial evidence for the jury's consideration. Conversely, the inquiry is whether the court was correct in holding as a matter of law that there was no proof showing actionable negligence.
