THOMAS, Justice.

The demurrers to the plaintiff's second amended declaration were sustained, motions to strike it were granted, and the court ordered that final judgment be "entered upon said demurrer for the defendants." Primary reason for the ruling was the determination that the court had no jurisdiction of the cause.
