On the trial of an equitable action brought by A. D. Abney against L. A. Harris, seeking injunctive relief and specific performance of a lease contract, the jury on January 24, 1951, returned a verdict in favor of the plaintiff. On February 6 the court signed an order on the defendant's motion for a new trial, providing that the order to show cause would act as a supersedeas until the final order of the court.
