This is an appeal by Portland General Electric Company, sole defendant, from an order of the circuit court which, after vacating a judgment entered by that court July 3, 1950, in favor of the defendant, ordered a new trial of the action. The order was made upon motion of the plaintiffs. The latter are Catherine Williams and Bruce Williams, widow and minor son, respectively, of one Ernest W. Williams, who was injured fatally June 7, 1949...
