This is an original proceeding brought by Special Indemnity Fund to review an award of the State Industrial Commission awarding compensation to claimant, Ralph Woodrow. An award was also entered against the City Plumbing Company, employer of claimant, which award was thereafter settled on joint petition and we are concerned here only with the award against Special Indemnity Fund.
