This is an action for infringement of Ronning et al. Patent No. 2,455,905, issued December 7, 1948 to Minneapolis-Moline Power Implement Company upon an application filed by Martin Ronning and Kenneth M. Keith. Plaintiff is the owner of said patent by virtue of assignment from Ronning and Keith and a subsequent assignment and merger in which it was the surviving corporation.
