This is an attempt on the part of the relator to appeal from a judgment rendered in the Corporation Court of Kerrville in Kerr County wherein he was fined the sum of ten dollars. Thereafter, relator appealed from this judgment to the County Court, where he was again fined the sum of ten dollars.
