Greenspun, has owned and published the Las Vegas Sun, hereinafter referred to as the "Sun", as a daily newspaper in the City of Las Vegas, Clark County, Nevada. Las Vegas has a population of more than 25,000. The only other daily newspaper service provided for Las Vegas and Clark County during the period of the Sun's publication was and is owned by the Southwest Publishing Company, a corporation. That...
