Respondent is a workman whose application for compensation for an injury allegedly suffered in the course of extrahazardous employment at appellant's plant in Evans, Washington, was rejected by the supervisor of industrial insurance. Upon appeal and hearing, the board of industrial insurance appeals sustained the order of the supervisor.
