The suit below was in trespass to try title and for specific performance of an alleged contract for the sale of realty situated in Collin County and evidenced by an exchange of letters between Mrs. Adams (defendant landowner) and one Montgomery acting as agent for appellant Abbott, his existing but unidentified principal.
