This suit is brought under the Suits in Admiralty Act against the United States as owner and operator of the sea-going tug, M/V Black Rock. Two causes of action are alleged, one under the Jones Act, 46 U. S.C.A. § 688, claiming damages and the other for maintenance under the general Admiralty law.
