At about 8:30 o'clock, on the night of January 5, 1951, while the Pontiac automobile of C. T. Alpaugh was standing unattended at the curb in front of his residence of Henry Clay Avenue, in New Orleans, it was run into and damaged by another car belonging to Mr. and Mrs. Stephen Krajcer and operated by Mrs. Krajcer.
