Mrs. Alice Watterson brought this action against Dr. H. Earle Conwell for damages for malpractice. The case went to the jury on Counts A and B. Count A charged negligence of the defendant in improperly casting her fractured right leg by twisting it in an unnatural position and injuring her knee. Count B charged wantonness.
