The sole question presented by this appeal is whether a warranty deed made by William Barnett to the St. Louis & Oklahoma City Railroad Company conveyed a fee title, so that by subsequent conveyances the St. Louis & San Francisco Railroad Company, which was vested with whatever title the grantee in said deed acquired, was the owner of the oil and gas and other minerals under the right of way conveyed...
