Paul C. Stockslager, the appellant, challenged the validity of his sister's will in the Circuit Court for Washington County, he being her only close relative, and having been left but $100 of her estate. The rest was given to the appellee, a practical nurse who had nursed and befriended testatrix' mother and, after the death of the mother, the testatrix.
