Appellants brought this suit against defendant railroad company for the purpose of requiring it to put in another crossing so that they could get from the east to the west side of their land. They also asked for certain damages resulting to their farm because of the acts of the railroad company in allowing surface waters to accumulate and stand on their land. They also asked for a mandatory injunction requiring the defendant to provide such crossing...
