The appellants, Edward Hicks and Ruby Braden, were injured while riding in a Loop-O-Plane at an amusement park operated by Fontaine Ferry Enterprises, Incorporated. They filed separate actions for damages, but the cases were consolidated for trial. At the conclusion of all the evidence a verdict was directed in favor of the appellee.
