Plaintiff sued the two individual defendants and the Franklin Hospital for injuries alleged to have been the result of negligent medical practice. At the close of plaintiff's case separate motions for nonsuit were made and granted. Thereafter a separate judgment was entered in favor of the Franklin Hospital.
