ANDERSON, Judge.

This is a suit for divorce filed by plaintiff, Alfred J. Hempen, against defendant, Estella Hempen. Defendant filed a cross-bill for separate maintenance. The trial court granted a decree of divorce to plaintiff and dismissed defendant's cross-bill. From the decree, defendant has appealed. Both the petition and cross-bill charged general indignities as a basis for the relief sought.
