This action was brought by the plaintiffs, Thomas E. Berry and others, against Midland Co-Operative Wholesale, a corporation, to recover the sum of $15,000, less gross production taxes, held by the Midland, being the purchase price of certain oil produced from an oil and gas lease in Payne county, and taken from the lease by Midland Co-Operative, which was purchasing and taking the oil produced from said lease...
