This is an appeal from a judgment dismissing an action commenced by Mrs. J.H. Bowen, Jim Martin, Cecil Cales and Charles E. Townley, and against Irvin Brock, George Wilhelm and Vernon Harding. Petition was filed by said plaintiffs wherein it is alleged that plaintiff Bowen is a duly elected, qualified and acting member of the board of education of Independent School District No. 20, Osage county, and that each of the other named plaintiffs is, respectively...
