Each contract provided: "The Contractor agrees to construct dition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas; * * * according to plans and specifications furnished the owner by the Contractor and on file in Owner's office, and to furnish all labor, materials, tools and equipment necessary to construct said dwelling...
