The Plaintiff, as Secretary of Labor, has brought this action against Defendant, Blue Channel Corporation, a corporation and two individuals asking for an injunction against them under the Fair Labor Standards Act, Title 29, U.S.C.A. § 201, et seq. The Defendant corporation has its principal office at Beaufort and its canning plant at Port Royal, both in the County of Beaufort, South Carolina and within the jurisdiction of this court....
