Supreme Court of Arkansas.

March 31, 1952.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

Jack Williamson, Lewisville, for appellant.

Ike Murry, Atty. Gen, George E. Lusk, Jr., Asst. Atty. Gen, for appellee.

ROBINSON, Justice.

Grant Glover was convicted of unlawfully procuring a Federal license to sell liquor or beer, and appeals. The only issue we are called upon to decide is the admissibility of certain evidence.
