MATHEWS, Justice.

The appellant was indicted for the offense of murder in the first degree to which he entered his plea of not guilty. The jury rendered a verdict of guilty of manslaughter. Motion for new trial was filed and denied. Judgment and sentence was entered in due course. From this judgment this appeal was taken.

There is really only one assignment of error, to-wit, was the evidence sufficient to support a conviction of manslaughter where death resulted...
