Alex H. Domschot and Edith A., his wife, owned improved real estate in Seattle which they sold to Ruth B. Jackson under a real-estate contract for fifteen thousand five hundred dollars. An initial payment of twenty-five hundred dollars was made. The remaining balance of thirteen thousand dollars, together with interest, was to be paid in monthly installments of eighty dollars, or more, per month.
