On December 14, 1950, the plaintiff recovered a judgment against the judgment debtor in the amount of $75,171.94, which amount remains wholly unpaid. Thereafter the judgment creditor examined the third party, Leadall Textile Co., Inc., by its president, Mr. Bernstein, in supplemental proceedings.
