This is an appeal from an order of the district court dismissing an appeal from a city court.

The only question presented is whether the appeal to the district court was perfected in time. A money judgment was rendered against appellants in the city court of Wichita on December 13, 1950. They had ten days therefrom within which to file a notice of appeal...
