This is an injunction suit challenging the validity and seeking to enjoin the registration and delivery of a $250,000 bond issue of Reorganized School District No. 6 of Audrain County, as authorized at a special election held within the district on March 7, 1950, for the purpose of purchasing a schoolhouse site, erecting school buildings and furnishing the same. Plaintiffs are resident voters and taxpayers of the district, and sue for themselves...
