Reich, against Dietz School District of which he is a resident, to recover compensation for transporting his own children to the district school during the school years of 1949-1950 and 1950-1951. The complaint alleges that the school district furnished bus transportation to all of the children in the district of school age, except the children of the plaintiff; that during the school year of 1949-1950...
