Pietranton, was indicted for having fraudulently obtained a check from Eugene James Iacuone in the amount of $2,833.33. A demurrer to the indictment was overruled and a verdict of guilty was returned by the jury, and, a motion to set aside the verdict having been overruled, defendant was sentenced to serve an indeterminate sentence of one to five years in the state penitentiary...
