These two cases were consolidated for the purpose of trial in the lower court and on appeal in this court. Both cases arise out of the same state of facts, and the plaintiff in each is seeking to recover damages for the alleged negligent acts of the defendant. The damage to the property of both parties was caused by a fire which ignited after a truck owned by W. B. Delafield ran over a butane gas line installed and operated by Harris Drilling Company...
