This is an appeal in forma pauperis by a convict confined in the United States Penitentiary, Atlanta, Georgia, from an order denying his motion pursuant to 28 U.S. C.A. § 2255 to correct the sentence imposed upon him on December 2, 1943. He had previously been convicted in 1935 upon a two count indictment charging counterfeiting offenses.
