Under authority of CL 1948, § 300.14 (Stat Ann 1951 Rev § 13.1224) plaintiff filed a complaint in circuit court alleging that a certain fish net of greater value than $300, seized by it and owned by defendants, had been set and used illegally in the waters of Lake Huron, contrary to CL 1948, § 308.5(h) (Stat Ann 1949 Cum Supp § 13.1496[h]), and praying for its condemnation and confiscation.
