This is an action under Lord Campbell's Act, Sections 411 and 412 of the Code of 1942, to recover damages for the alleged wrongful death of Herbert Hickson who was struck and instantly killed about 4:00 A.M. on Saturday morning, November 1, 1947, by a freight train of the Atlantic Coast Line Railroad, which was being operated upon the tracks of the Charleston & Western Carolina...
