Appellee, a judgment creditor of one Ernest Ryan, obtained a writ of garnishment in the Circuit Court against the State National Bank of Decatur at Oneonta, Alabama, setting forth that he had recovered judgment against Ernest Ryan in the amount of $1,629.80 and that $948.45 was then due on said judgment.
