This is a bill in chancery brought by the plaintiff against the two defendants to determine the liability and amount thereof of each defendant to the plaintiff on insurance policies issued by each defendant to the plaintiff. It was alleged that the liability was by reason of an electrical disturbance that was followed by fire and occurred in the plaintiff's electric light plant on July 6th, 1947.
