An action of trespass was instituted by Anne McCormick, plaintiff, against the Elkwood Companies, Inc., Wilbur R. Jones and Cloyd W. Loper, defendants, to recover damages for injuries suffered by plaintiff as the result of a fire alleged to have been caused by defendants' negligence.
