This is a proceeding by Carl DeShazer and the State Insurance Fund to review an award of the State Industrial Commission awarding compensation to J.T. Nail. Respondent in his claim for compensation states that on February 5, 1950, while engaged in the employ of petitioner DeShazer he sustained an injury and strain in his back resulting in some permanent disability to his person. The strain occurred while he was engaged in lifting a heavy rock.
