This is an appeal by Henry Barger, plaintiff below, to reverse a decree of the circuit court of Saline County dismissing his complaint, praying an order to quiet title, for want of equity.

September 29, 1948, plaintiff filed his complaint alleging in count I that he was owner in fee simple of blocks 2 and 4 in Baugher's subdivision to the village of Carrier Mills, in Saline County...
