The appellant, National Discount Corporation, recovered a judgment in the U. S. District Court against the appellee, Samuel O'Mell, Jr., in the amount of $7,570.24 with costs, under which there was issued body execution, followed by the arrest and imprisonment of the appellee by the United States Marshal.
