Defendant moves to set aside a judgment under which he has previously been convicted of robbery first degree, grand larceny first degree, and assault second degree, upon the ground that his said conviction was procured by perjured testimony, knowingly employed by the District Attorney as part of a scheme and contrivance to bring it about. The alleged perjury is said to have been committed by a witness who was originally indicted for the crime...
