The appeal is from a conviction for the sale of intoxicating liquor in a dry area, with a fine of $200.

An investigator for the Liquor Control Board approached appellant and inquired where he could buy some whisky. Appellant said he would have to think. He then asked for the driver's license, which was shown to him, after which he told the witness to drive around the block and come back. When the witness came back appellant had two bottles...
