This is an appeal on questions of law from a judgment of the Common Pleas Court of Miami County, which reversed the Municipal Court of Piqua, Ohio.

The action grew out of an automobile collision. At the time and place of the collision, the plaintiff's automobile was parked on the south side of a road which extended in a northeasterly and southwesterly direction.
