H.H. and Annie D. Smith own 5.48 acres of land partially fronting on Mission Street and partially fronting on Hillside Boulevard in Daly City, San Mateo County. The city brought an action to condemn a portion of this area for street purposes. The proposed street will cut the Smiths' property in two.
